  • matrescence express

    Wednesday, 04/03; 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm ET

    A one-time workshop for *new and expecting mothers (including via surrogacy or adoption) interested in understanding more about the profound transition to motherhood. Our 90-minute session offers an introductory dive into matrescence and the chance to experience our innovative and integrative approach to maternal education before committing to our comprehensive 6-week series.

  • Fertile Ground: 6-week workshop

    Tuesdays in March and April: (03/12, 03/19, 03/26, 04/02, 04/09 04/16; 6:30-8:00 pm ET

    A six-session workshop for mothers (including via surrogacy or adoption) looking for more support in postpartum/new motherhood. Our series of 90-minute sessions offers a more in-depth look at matrescence, as well as the importance of education, ritual, and community in new motherhood, and opportunities for deeper exploration of the motherhood journey.

    Matrescence literacy workshops for mother-supporting professionals who are looking to integrate the matrescence paradigm into their work.

    Our 3-hour intensive builds maternal care providers, practicioners, and professionals’ capacity to offer more informed care and empowers them to improve outcomes for their perinatal clients.

  • 1:1 Matrescence Support

    Scheduled Individually

    Individual matrescence coaching for new or expecting mothers who are looking for additional support in their motherhood journey. Our 60-min or 90-min private 1:1 sessions offer mothers the chance to go through a tailor-made matrescence program, as well as opportunities to be guided through more personalized ritual practices such as maternal yoga or guided meditations for motherhood.
